Hi Elouise,

Yes, but there's a lot of 'buts'... I mean, yeah they are but it was explained to me by the interviewer that TAIR is prioritizing female applicants... not because the male FA population is higher than the female but it should be balanced. If you passed every exam then good. If you passed the training then better but again, there's still a lot of tests coming in your way... like everything is a test... you have to survive...
