Exemption 6175:
Take a sheet of light blue cardboard. Cut from it a rectangle, exactly 5cm by 9 cm. Using a hole punch of exactly 5mm diameter, make a hole in the exact centre of the cardboard rectangle.
Hold it up to the sky. If the sky visible through the hole matches the cardboard, go flying.
