OK, I know this probably seems trivial, but when replying to or posting topics, I seem unable to make the smilie emoticon system work.
For example I just tried to post a smile, but all I got was a colonclosebracket. Yes, the smilies OFF box is definitely not ticked. All suggestions appreciated.
