Well bloke at Microsoft has spent a while trying to help me with fixes to my problem.
His solution:
REFUND!
I wouldnt mind so much, except hearing that BA and the US Forces recommending it has put me into further despair!
Looks like FLY! or something like that will get a new customer soon!!
