I wanted to knw if there is any improvement in crew salaries?
and for the interview..... do u need to hav previous experience? or do they take in freshers?
r they very particular abt ur looks... as in the scars, etc?
wat abt swimming? is it a necessity?
I would be really greatful if someone can help me answer my questions.
