Travel entitlements are that you have 1 annual leave ticket per year to your destination of recruitment, after 3 years this is to any destination in the EK network
Unlimited Cat 99 tickets for yourself, 10 per immediate family member
Plus ID 50 (50%) and ID 90 (90% off), but I'm not sure of how it's distributed. I think it's only one for your immediate family.
We have codeshare agreements, I can't remember with who exactly, but do include Sri Lanka, Continental and Thai airways.
When you're on probation, you're entitled to use only your annual leave ticket, and Cat 99, but only the annual leave ticket will be approved as you aren't allowed to leave Dubai when on probation on days off. Once you've finished you get a lot more freedom and can go travelling on your days off.
Also keep in mind that all staff travel tickets are for economy class only.
As far as partners go, only spouses are entitled to travel entitlements. No boyfriend/girlfriends or defacto.
