While we're at it Mr. EWL I apologise for any negative sentiment I may have expressed. I get a bit defensive to hear people described as bogans, because where I grew up there were plenty. None of my mates are standing in line at centrelink, most of them work hard and have sound morals. They tile your house and put your doors on. They may even service your fine automobile. They sometimes may not appear that sharp, but you can't always judge a book by it's cover. Either way your frustrations were evident and I hope you don't get too many calls from anyone who costs you money by wasting your time by not helping themselves.
