Never had I seen such a long queue in my entire life! There were atleast 700 applicants(majority girls) waiting in line to be screened for the 1st interview. The hotel was flooded with girls! Emirates hired some agency to conduct the session and it was quite chaotic. Two judges worked the entire day from 8 am - 8 pm eliminating people down from 700 to around 200. This is just the start, there's more eliminating to come until they squeeze down the number of applicants to atleast 100 but wonder how could they just judge on group discussion. Some ppl just non stop talk talk talk and some just sit quitely???? It's just like trying to get the judges attention but they have several group discussion at the same time and only TWO JUDGES checking on all the groups!!! Is this fair?? Why can't they just sent Emirates recruitment team from Dubai to conduct the interview process??
