I would imagine that what you have wouldn't be enough as they specify 5 at C or above AND a period of post GCSE study. The nature of your post GCSE study may help you, but the only people who can tell you for definate are HR. If it's not enough, I'm sure they'll let you know what you need to do if you ask nicely.
