And so the question is raised - what will TOLL (Airwork, whomever) allow pilots (in this instance Captains) to be paid for the privilege of flying clapped out 73's, back of the clock, screwing their future health and compromising any concept of a "normal" (please read "sustainable", for pilots) lifestyle??
Last I heard the rate from AAE was around $120,000 gross - but increadibly happy to be corrected if too low (increadibly pissed off if too high
)
OR (he wonders) have AAE and TOLL maybe had a meeting at the Brekky Creek to "standardise" any offers??? (just a thought.)
and F/O's - imagine: (management-type, arm slung around youngsters shoulder he says "you have a Cessna 172 endorsement - SON, have WE got a DEAL for YOU!!!)
