Thanks BSD and EWL I now appreciate your problem is not with our desert boot wearing, HQ Monaro driving cousins, but stupid people. I can now understand and empathise with your frusrations. The problems appear to lie with our new found ability to do things with a computer while not fully coming to grips with the complexities of air travel. I still do not think this problem is limited to those individuals previously referred to as Bogans, it may very well occur more with the BMW, Prada set also.
