Already have a step up/step down transformer and a couple of PAL>NTSC>PAL format converters.
<<[edit] Am playing the signal into an NTSC television (36" screen, 4x3 format) through an s-video input. Audio is fed through a Pro-logic surround sound amp...but may upgrade to a 5.1.1 when the bank manager allows.
The VHS recorder is already multi format - can record and/or play in any format, worldwide [end edit]>>
