Best place to go is Techtronics. They supplied DVDs to NASA for the Space Station! They sell machines which are 110/220V and playback PAL-PAL, NTSC-NTSC, NTSC-PAL60. Not sure about PAL-NTSC, never seen one. Their mode disables macrovision amongst other things. They ship worldwide.

The following does all regions, all power and PAL-NTSC and NTSC-PAL etc. It does not say if it is Macrovision free, but since that is illegal in the USA they might just have "forgotten" to mention it. They ship to the USA postage free. Again, give them a call.
