You must be an office worker. Ever seen a work card? It has a space for two, yes two (2) signatures. One is the tradesman/AME who completed the task. The other space is for the supervising LAME to
CERTIFY that the task has been carried out. During my time in the trade, a LAME ALWAYS came and inspected the work after it was carried out... Cannot say for sure whether this was the case at Forstaff though...
