Make sure your browser is set to refresh pages on each visit, otherwise it will just bring up the last version from your cache, which will be as old as your last visit.

In IE5.5, Tools|Internet Options|General. In Temporary Internet Files, click the Settings button. In "Check for newer versions of stored pages" select the top option, Every visit to page.

For Netscape - I only have Netscape 4.0, not the latest, but here's the info:-

Edit|Preferences. Click on the plus sign next to Advanced to expand the tree. Click on Cache At the bottom of the window where it says "Document in cache is compared to document on network" select "Once per session".
