The World Record Helicopter Team is now offering services to manufacturers. If you have a helicopter you would like to set a record with, World Record Helicopter Team can offer pilots to set any kind of speed record. We now have 3 Current record from coast to coast with the R-22 Beta II, R44 Raven, and a world record with Bell OH-58.
I wondered if anyone has taken them up on the offer of using someone elses aircraft to get them selves in the record books.
Surely if you want to save starving children, the money spent in getting a record off the ground and succesfully completed would be far greater than that gained in sponsorship.

Pay for an orphanage or hostel to be built.....or
Sponsor someone to have a great time getting into the record books with no risk to themselves?
Are they allowed to use that picture of a BritMil Gazelle as a header?
Even so, starving children and a machine of war... don't really go together do they?
