Well first get your degree, while you're doing it take lessons, get a ppl and such.
Once you're done with your degree theres two options to becoming a Professional Pilot.
1: Hope and prey airlines suddenly start sponsoring again (unlikely)
2: pay for your own CPL/IR and fATPL. This is what most wannabe pilots end up doing. Theres plenty of information on these boards on good flight schools, but concentrate on your degree first, i know how it feels to want to fly so much you wish you were just doing it and to hell with everything else. But getting a good degree will look good in the future on your CV.
But above all else, Just take your time, you've got 3-4 years (assuming you are just about to start your degree) read up, find out about everything you want to know. Plenty of time gives you the ability to weigh up the pros and cons of different schools, methods of learning and such.
Goodluck and have fun
