Guys are leaving because of very limited career prospectives and someone once mentioned an "easy" lifestyle; well, its not an "easy" but an extremely lazy lifestyle over here and that is not to everybody's taste.
Working for GF itself has really no major pitfalls, the salary is on the higher side of the industry average, no airline is giving you 50 days annual leave nowadays, and even if the staff travel department needs a serious overhaul, you can still get as much reduced rate tickets as you want, something you will not necessarily find with other airlines, you only need to be patient, very very patient.

Just check the 767 upgrade scheme for last year and u will find out what i meant....4 guys got upgraded after being in the company for less than 3 yrs
