Why do HTML e-mails appear only as attachments in Outlook?
When the same e-mail is viewed in Outlook Express it looks as it should, i.e. like a web page but in Outlook there is no body to the e-mail itself and just twelve file attachments. The first of these contains the text and the remainder contain all the gifs and links.
Sorry to take the easy option and ask for help here, but I can't stand the thought of another night searching the microsoft knowledge base!
I guess there's a box to tick in options somewhere, but I'm dammed if I can find it!
