Seems to me that Peter Duffy at BOH and Penny Coates at EMA can't think for themselves!

Despite the growth in passenger numbers, East Midlands Airport is determined to maintain its reputation of being a friendly and easy-to-use airport. Work is now underway to improve upon and ensure our customers’ needs are catered for in the terminal and we expect all changes to be made in time for the start of the summer season.
