HIA were quoted on R4 and R5 today:
"the staff shortages have been caused because of ATCOs leaving the Company and retiring, and we haven't replaced them...."
Sounds like the Head Office Management regime have their finger on the pulse, one day they may even remember that they run other airports than Inverness.....
