Hey guys..
good luck to all those who are going to attend assesment and open days with EK.
i agree with OzyOs, keep calm, keep smiling...assume your every move is being watched, when youre waiting in the foyer, talk to the people around you, there are hundreds of positions, so dont get competetive with people.
make sure you think before you speak, its youre delivery that is most important. sometimes, you might get a big loud mouth who just wont shut up, or a cow who comes up with the most absurd suggestions!(its true!) dont roll your eyes, or interrupt, just agree, "what a great idea, Thank you, but do you think...?etc"
DO NOT TAKE A SMOKE BREAK at any point during the day! even if youre gagging for it!
and smile always! i think the recruiters already make up most of their minds when they first talk to you for about a minute or two, so smile, try to keep it calm and casual...when they ask you a question, dont narrrate an epic, and if you have a sense of humor try to use it wisely, especially in a group discussion, you really dont want to sound brattish ..
