To get anyone escorted airside you will need to get an escorted pass completed. At BAA airports this would be done on the basis of "familiarisation" or "visitor" but I would check the small print as to whether you are restricted in terms of family member.

The pass would have to be signed off by an authorised signatory. (At BAA airports.....presume similar elsewhere).

The final hurdle is whether an aircrew pass allows such escorts......certainly a full airside pass does, but there are some differences with aircrew passes in some places.

Also, as with the above post, you are not meant to be using your pass for airside access when not on company business.

I'm sure it could be arranged.....but don't be tempted to cut corners, and be up-front about your plans, or you risk it backfiring.
