This book by
Impact Ink is excellent. Other UK suppliers do sell it but I found it cheaper to get it direct from the publishers.
After the initial course (and before!) I also found this book excellent to get you in the 'right frame of mind' on the lead up to a sim check. There are a few 'Americanisms' but you can get over that. Additionally, they do an amendment service for free which is a bonus.
