If you go all the way down you will see a table explaining the minimun requierements for entry as Captain, First Officer and Cadet.
Cadets need 200hours fixed wing. As first officer you must have a type rating and minimum 500hrs on type it says, so..
Know, if they are accepting cadets or not is another thing, you will have to check with them. Better to start as that than nothing.
