a few incidents dont make an airline bad. mel are enforced because they can be, we are all pilots here ,lets not bitch about an airline which employs a lot of pilots. for those who dont think it is safe should get out.plenty of options today . and all the so called pressure from management is self created. i dont work for airasia and am not a management pilot.
