Hello Hobagoas,
Yes you will have to do the RT exam, visit any of the local flying clubs for this. You will also have to contact the UK CAA to observe the LST. It takes about 2 weeks for you to get the license, with a limitation on the IR (Multi Crew Only). Not sure how to get rid of this, maybe you have to do another I/R single crew or something.
