How fit do you have to be to be a pilot?

Will somebody please tell me how fit you have to be to become a commercial pilot? My atc sargeant said to me I would have to be very physically fit and weigh under 10 stone (for girls). I'm ok at the moment but im worried I will put on weight and jepardise my chances of being a pilot as I weigh 9.5 stone. Please tell me.
