Does this happen in "Safe" mode?

When it says Starting Windows 95.....
press F5
Select "Safe" mode

If it doesn't then I'm thinking you've installed a new program recently which is doing this. If so, go to Control Panel/Add Remove Programs and select the program.
What_does_this_button_do? is offline
