2) The plug lead is a curly cord, in some aircraft the jacks are not behind your head, like in most civilised helicopters.
I had the same problem with mine. can be a royal PITA.
And my second visor would never tighten properly. Can be a shock sometimes when you unexpectedly go from bright sunny day to dark and overcast....with a big bang.
I fixed it eventually after getting a scare near a dead tree at 120Knts.
