Jeez, that almost smacks of leadership! Haven't seen that in a while. I don't expect my lot to fall on their swords, but an occasional hint of guts and willingness to engage with the troops and discuss issues away from awkward 'unofficial visits' would be a cost-free way of at least implying some interest in why we all want to leave.
I propose: Can Jerry Robinson Fix the Royal Air Force?
