HKE Wot's it like now?
Can somebody in the know please advise what is happening here at HKE
Now Hainan are the majority share holders are things on the improve.
what hrs are the troops working, is there a bidding system/rostering protocol etc.
I also hear that a housing allowance has been mooted.
