It is an open secret that many projects were implemented during the previous management without the board’s approval or even board’s papers. A good example is the MYR300 millions (or was it MYR500 millions?) Langkawi hotel/convention center.
Doubt any of the big fish would be punished; at most, those vps and managers involved are transferred.
Again, it is the employees and taxpayers pick up the bill.
