I wouldn't worry too much about getting a copy of the CBT it is fairly straightforward and reading ahead is not going to help much other than to make you bored when you see it for a second time when you get there.
I would read up on SOP's etc before you get there if you know someone in the company ask to borrow their Part A, B + C CD-ROM.
