Hi Go Detent,
I'm starting with EZY on the 319 next month. Regarding your question about what to read/study I suggest you to try to get a copy of an Airbus 320 family CBT. It's really well done and gave me already an idea about the aircraft. I got mine from somebody in my present company. I'm sure you know somebody who flew the airbus. Mine is not that recent but I guess the aircraft didn't change a lot since 5 years. Try also to get some copy of the EZY electronic documentation from an EZY pilot. At EZY everything is on CD/DVD (FOM, FCOM, training manual,...) so it's quite easy to get it if you know somebody in the company. You will just need to drag and drop the file from a cd and then read them with Acrobat.
Hope that will help you.
Best regards
