Itīs ok to start of there with a brand new 340 rating and make a few hundred hours of experience. Itīs not a company to stay with or to learn from. Lots of eastern state mentality regarding sop and airmanship. I know a few pilots that joined and left as soon as they could after finding new jobs. If you cant find a better start anywhere else-why not. Just watch yourself and stay safe and youīll be fine.
