Captains $130k FO $75k. Less than the proposed
VB agreement (if that gets legs). FO also less than the normal 60-65% of Captain. Basic agreement, no loss of license and some of the other things you get at other places. Have talked to non-rated guys with jet time. On the plus side, its a job in Oz. Its a startup and if it does well the guys that take the risk will go far, who dares wins etc. If not there are other jobs.
VB will pay more with better conditions, OzJet pay the same for beat up old 737-200. Definitely a Brisbane base. Wouldn't be surprised if they turned up in Perth as well. Drivers? Plenty of aussies here that would be tempted, depends on the money.
