Conclusion:
Due to the failed SRAM, any IDG available was rejected finally
and associated buses were lost.....
The report wrongly writes Static Read-Only-Memory (SRAM).
It should read ROM Read-Only-Memory or
Static Random-Access-Memory (SRAM)
