Another idiotic housing policy in Q.A. is that if you are new joiner today and if you are lucky you may receive an accomodation from the company....while people who have been here for long time have to struggle with their skinny house allowance and pay from their pocket in order to find a decent accomodation,... this allowance should have been doubled long time ago!!!!
No wonder why people are leaving,.. just another evidence of the total incapacity of dealing with human in this company.
