Unless you are captain material you can only join the company by starting as a handler. All handlers are pilots on a waiting list to become F/O's and you have to pay about 10.000 £ for the typerating too.
I see... but this also applies to people with for eg. 1500hours or more?? Is the first time i hear something like this, is this happening only in smaller companies like sunair or also in the big ones??
