I can't comment on .w02
.wbb is a Wibu binary file - Wibu is a utility for file locking or dongle protecting or some such. I came across it once when trying to flash update a cellphone. What you do with a .wbb I don't know, but if you weren't coming from the "running Wibu" end, I'd be very careful.
.pps is a Powerpoint Slideshow, for which you need Microsoft Powerpoint. You probably need the same version that produced the file.
