Going back to the comments regarding Cat3 at Leeds, you would be a brave man (or woman)!! There are major issues involved;
The approach is hilly causing problems for the RA.
The RW is sloped and has a big dip causing problems for the flare.
The RW is also short causing problems for the grass.
Crosswind.
Shame really. How about building a new Runway?
Still I bet the Yorkshire folk at Yeadon Flying club/airport never thought it would get this big.
