this question is not easy to answer, with jal you donīt get the per diem cash, it comes togehter with your monthley salary.
it depends on which base you are. Tokyo, London, Frankfurt, Shanghai, Hongkong, Sao Paolo, Singapore, Osaka???????
and they change it every year to adjust it to exchanging rates.
