Email the recruitment team to find out for sure, or failing that call training they wont bite, well Dave Owens will bite your wife for you....but that is another story.

In terms of simulators last I heard CTC's weren't authorised for Full Flight so you will have to go to Gatwick for that, the absolute arse of it is if you are LGW based they wont provide you with HOTAC as this is your base. Again, speak to training for clarification but they have pulled some nasty stunts on people transferring to gatwick without a type rating internally, i.e. transfer them the day before their course so they dont pay HOTAC.

You may well be ferried all over the place and have some nasty sim slots with the way things are at the moment, our friend mr owens screwed up the sim allocations. There is a car you can use at LGW though and wherever you are sent you can claim.

I wouldn't worry about line training I met two guys from Sterling on contract in the Sim building at Alteon who have been on easyJet full pay for 9 months with not one days flying due to no trainers, just done a few sim sandbags.

Seriously though, the training backlog is easing off so I hear I should imagine you wont have a massive wait for your line training.

In terms of base training if you are a direct entry SFO non-trss then you have come off something 'big' so you will most likely do ZFT so you will be a priority for line training after your ZFT sim to comply with the regulations.

Morale is actually very good here now though, once you are out the other side! Don't believe all you read on here!!
