It's called charity begins at home! Girls are exempt because they can't recruit enough of their own due to cultural prohibitions.
Still... Emirates, Etihad Airways and Qatar Airways recruit guys from all over the world. Only interested in Gulf Air as they aren't too different from these airlines.
