Question:
Why did so many controllers from "new" locations fail? What's the problem,are they stupid,illiterate
...or is there a problem with instructors and OJT?
I've heard about unsuccessful candidates from Malaysia ,but I've also heard that couple of guys from SE Europe passed...
Can somebody please enlighten me?
