Indeed Rudolf - the other night in fact one of the 757s was holding above LBA for CAT1 minima and declared no1 alternate was a CAT3 into MAN. Clearly crew, aircraft, etc etc are all OK - but there's a LBA specific issue. Hopefully it can be resolved soon (by the way, a zero / low tailwind restriction is next to useless - as has been proved over the years by Britannia / Thomsonfly).
Talking of the 757s, I'd be amazed if they had increased the fleet size to 10 without the specific intention of getting the extra ones into service for the key summer period. Bearing in mind Jet2's peak schedule kicks off late May, then this seems realistic even if it does take "many months" to get them into service,
