Come on , be honest. Whatever AIMs throws out is what you get. A lifestyle agreement has just crept in guaranteeing 3 off after 6 on. The agreement will only work if enough pilots join with more a/c due next 6 months. Blocks of sby will also be rostered where you have scope for a good shafting otherwise you should be OK. It is a good company which apart from a few core routes is keeper of the Royal Stool to BMI, eventually it will be surplus to requirement.
