The same did happen to me, it's not GF website problem it's the snipehire company problem, anyway, the problem is that there is one question is repeated which is "Have you been convicted for a crime?" and if you answer correctly (both with the answer "No") it will consider the second one is a "Yes" answer 
, so, answer the first one with "No" and the second with "Yes" and it will work hopefully.
