If i didn't understood wrong you are comming to Sweden the 7th of January to do the assesment tests and if you pass you would be able to join Scandinavian Aviation Academy for your ATPL, right??
The school seems very good and it's true that they are working together with Ryanair. Ryanair has a huge order of B737-800, about 132, so pilots will be needed for sure duting the next coming 6 years. If everything continues to go so well for Ryanair they will even make more orthers... and who knows, perhaps different types of aircraft than the B737NG
Also me and my friend where talking to a crew member of SAS and it's quite possible that at least in Sweden in around 2 years they start recruting a good number of pilots, as many of their pilots are quite old. (but this is always counted as rumors).
I have also some friends that have done their ATPL with scandinavian aviation academy, and they are very happy with the reults. I can't tell u much about your other questions as i'm not fully informed about it.
Anyway, i wish you the best on your assesment at Stockholm and hope you pass!
